  • $500 per foursome: Greens Fees, Cart, Lunch, Refreshments on the Course, Dinner & FUN, or
  • $600 per foursome: (1) Hole Sponsorship PLUS Greens Fees, Cart, Lunch, Refreshments on the Course, Dinner and FUN
