Customers enrolled in Plyler Entry Systems’ Planned Maintenance Program benefit from reduced downtime caused by unexpected breakdowns, while prolonging the lifetime and effectiveness of doors, operators and dock equipment. Through regular inspection and maintenance, customers prevent extensive breakdowns and loss of equipment.
We set up planned maintenance schedules to best suit each customer — on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis — and proactively reach out to schedule your next appointment.
It’s recommended that a Plyler salesperson complete an on-site tour to provide a personalized planned maintenance quote, including a detailed list of equipment, pricing and frequency, for review.

During each routine planned maintenance inspection, customers receive a checklist of the equipment that was serviced, including a list of any parts that are needed or have been replaced per the customer’s request.

Program Cost
Enrollment in the Planned Maintenance Program is free. Program benefits start with the completion of your first planned maintenance service. Service charges incurred as part of the Planned Maintenance Program will be based on a per piece quote customized for your facility. Any parts that need to be replaced for product safety will be replaced immediately. A follow-up quote will be sent to the customer for suggested repairs and further recommendations.
